Privacy Policy:

Perfect Hair Days will not share any information provided to us by our customers under any circumstances. Any information given to us will be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

Copyright:

We will take legal action against anyone one who steals our pictures and information. No exceptions to this rule whatsoever.

Billing and Shipping:

For your safety when placing an order your billing address must match your shipping address. This will protect you against any fraudulent activity in the event you did not authorize a charge.  Signatures will be required on all orders over $250.00. To keep the cost of shipping affordable all orders are shipped using United States Postal Service. If you would like to choose a different carrier you may select another during checkout. Please keep in mind that additional fees may apply.

International Shipping:

Please allow up to 10-15 business for delivery depending on destination. Understand that customs may hold packages for inspection in which we have no control of. You will be responsible for any taxes, duties and or  tariffs associated with the sale.

Insurance:

Is included in the cost of shipping. This will protect your purchase in the event that it may become lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

We do the best we can to accurately describe our products that are offered for sale. However, if you decide your purchase is not to your liking such as color, style or etc you may return it for in store credit or even exchange. You will also be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be responsible any and all shipping cost associated with your exchange order. You will have 90 days to use your store credit or it will be forfeited. You must return the unit within 2 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after that time. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Important:

No cash refunds will be issued. There will be no exchanges or returns for custom orders. Return must be in its original form and not altered in any way. That includes cutting lace, styling, brushing, and or etc. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL SYNTHETIC LACE FRONT WIGS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS. NO store credits or cash refunds will be given.

Return Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges if our return policy is not met.

Custom Down Payments:

You may put down a deposit of 50% on your custom order. The remainder balance needs to be paid upon completion of  your order. If  the remainder balance is not paid within 7 business days, then your deposit will be forfeited.

Custom Orders:

Orders take approx 4-6 weeks for completion depending on specifications. Silk tops and other speciality orders will take longer to complete.  In the rare occasion that there will be delay with your order, we will notify you promptly via email. Please keep all contact information current  so that we can notify you when needed. Once custom orders have been submitted  and production has begun no changes can be made. All Sales are final on all custom orders.
